Diane Wendelken
Nurse Practitioner, ARNP-C
Diane received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washburn University in 1995. She worked as a Labor and Delivery/Postpartum nurse. Diane attended the Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Texas South-Western, Dallas, Texas where she became certified as a Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Drexel University in the fall of 2003.
Diane joined The Women’s Health Group in May, 2003. You may also occasionally see her working at the Birth and Women’s Center at Mercy Regional Hospital. Her personal interests include traveling, reading, scrapbooking and spending time with family. Diane sees her role as an advocate for women’s health.
The Women’s Health Group has been both professional and supportive through our most difficult to the most exciting of times. The staff has always been attentive to our needs and seems to genuinely care. My care team is wonderful to work with, and my husband and I trust them fully.
