Dr. Catterson was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. She has been practicing in Manhattan since 1995 and has since become actively involved the community. She is active in her local church and volunteers at Flint Hills Christian School where three of her four boys attend. Her oldest son is a freshman at Kansas State University. Her husband of 21 years is a Psychiatrist in private practice also in Manhattan.
Dr. Catterson enjoys quilting, and you will find many of her quilts displayed around The Women’s Health Group. Traveling is another one of her loves. She has participated in several medical mission trips to Haiti. Dr. Catterson recognizes the opportunity that practicing medicine as an OB/GYN physician gives her to impact women of all ages through surgery or delivering a baby. She enjoys it all.
